Artificial Vision Systems
The artificial vision system allows you, with the aid of intelligent cameras and other optical components equipped with a high performance processor, to process and recognise certain features of the images to control the products being tested. We propose this type of control for various reasons, such as, for example, the aesthetic compliance of the product, the correct monitoring of the components, the operation of lights or display screens. This inspection system has extremely rapid execution times and can be integrated into the production lines through automated handling systems. All of the images acquired by the system are digitalised and memorised. Therefore, through specific analysis algorithms the software identifies the features of the image that make the product or the component non-compliant with required standards.
Vibrational Analysis Systems
The system measures and evaluates the vibrational and acoustic quality of the product being tested in a fully autonomy, by analysing the vibrating and acoustic signals acquired through sensors and dedicated cards. This inspection system guarantees, in a quick and efficient manner, detection of the efficiency and quality of the products, allowing you to intervene on goods that are not considered up to standard or faulty. The rapidity required for this type of inspection makes it fully compatible with production needs and cycle times. The signals on the testing bench are acquired from a PC through a data acquisition card and are managed by a software that is capable of classifying the vibrational and acoustic quality of the acquired signals. The same software then analyses the tested products and detects any defects.
Thermographic Analysis Systems
Thermographic analysis allows you to measure and evaluate the thermal mapping of any object in real time. The analysis of the differences in temperature allows you to identify defects due to breakage or system or product malfunction, in order for repairs or maintenance to be carried out. The thermographic analysis, for speed and ease of operation, offers considerable energy savings and optimisation of the production processes. Its fields of application are numerous, ranging from industrial plant engineering to the electronics and electrical appliance industry.
The system is comprised mainly of a thermal imaging camera, a PC, a management software for the thermal imaging camera and a software for the analysis and classification of the acquired images. The selection of defects is provided by the software analysis of the detected temperatures, in both an absolute sense as well as the differences between them. The software also automatically compensates any variations due to ranges in ambient temperature. The accuracy of the measuring system, in terms of read values and precision in positioning the detected points, makes it particularly efficient in identifying defects.
Supervision and Control Systems
The QS-SCADA software for the supervision and control of work islands is a solution designed expressly to be easy for operators to use and fully configurable. The complete package manages and implements the following functions:
The QS-SCADA SW is designed specifically to optimise supervision of production islands manufactured by us and provides quick and efficient start-up. Status control can be carried out on the machine locally or from a remote station thanks to the comfortable user interface (HMI) on WEB, which allows you to control all of the work islands from a single terminal at any point on your internal ethernet network (LAN/WLAN). Thanks to special SW connectors, the application can be connected to the main PLCs available on the market, and also acquire field sensors directly. All data received and memorised on the central database can be exported to third systems through open-standard xml files.
