These lines are made up of a series of foaming fixtures with the purpose to contrast the expansion of the insulating material up to the complete polymerisation. The line can be set up in various ways depending on the available space and the kind of production to be carried out: foaming drum, moving fixtures in a carousel, or moving fixtures in a storage warehouse.
In base al livello di automazione richiesto possono essere forniti sistemi di carico/scarico automatici, sistemi di schiumatura automatica, o sistemi di cambio modello automatico.
