The door foaming lines, supplied with dedicated moulds, perform the foaming of refrigerator doors.
These lines are made up of a series of foaming fixtures with the purpose to contrast the expansion of the insulating material up to the complete polymerisation. The line can be set up in various ways depending on the available space and the kind of production to be carried out: foaming drum, moving fixtures in a carousel, or moving fixtures in a storage warehouse.
The system can be manufactured both with open pouring or with closed pouring solution.
According to the required level of automation, it is possible to provide automatic loading/unloading systems, automatic foaming systems, automatic mould change-over systems.
