Hydraulic Press
QS Group manufactures customised press lines for cold forming of sheet metal components.
QS Group has decades of experience in the design of customised hydraulic presses up to 8000kN and installed power up to 500kW. The design is verified through FEM simulations by testing the structure under static loads.
The presses are manufactured with a monolithic or composite structure, with 8-point linear guides, with single or double cylinder.
QS Group presses can be easily automated with different feeding systems for a maximum flexibility: from 2- or 3-axis linear transfers to anthropomorphic robots. Furthermore, QS Group’s modular design allows an easy integration of 4/6/10 ton feeding lines.
QS Group offers various solutions in terms of hydraulic system design and die changeover systems, with the aim of energy efficiency and consumption reduction, as well as operational and maintenance simplicity.
All work cycle parameters (dimensions, pressure and speed) are programmable from the operator panel and machine configuration is fully automatic.
All dies used in the production process are designed and manufactured by Alastampi, a sister company of QS Group.
The range of manufactured dies includes: manual dies, progressive dies fed by coil, dies for transfer press lines, dies for mechanical transfer presses and dies with embedded transfer.
