Refrigerator Production Lines

The Sheet Metal Division designs and manufactures automated equipment for the production of sheet metal structural parts of refrigerators.

The refrigerator production lines can process:

Outer doors:
- Open doors or flanged doors on short sides;
- Embossed doors or bended doors;
- Doors with a more or less complex gasket retainer profile.
Cabinets:
- U-shaped cabinets (one-piece side and top panels);
- Single side panels;
- Top panels;
- Bottom panels.

QS Group manufactures complete lines for the production of the above-mentioned components starting from coil or blank sheet. QS Group also supplies punching benches, now fully electric, multiple bending units and flanging/embossing units. The various stations that make up the lines are equipped with integrated automatic transfer systems, which are customised according to the product and project specifications.

The bended profiles of different panels can be made by bending machines (interpolated or wing bending machines) or by roll forming, according to the type of product to be manufactured. In particular, QS Group has developed an innovative technology of CNC electrically driven bending machines that guarantee high precision, speed and process repeatability.

Panels can be completed in-line using additional automatic riveting, clinching and welding machines.
