Drums
QS Group has developed a wide range of solutions for the production and assembly of washing machine and dryer drums, which use various technologies, including, laser, plasma, resistance welding and mechanical seaming.
The production lines can have different levels of automation depending on the project specifications: from single machines with manual loading and unloading, to fully automatic and flexible lines to produce drums with different diameters and depths.
Cabinets
Depending on the structure of the cabinet, QS Group can offer dedicated production solutions using various technologies such as punching, bending, deep drawing, flanging, welding, clinching, riveting and screwing. Cabinets, before being assembled, can also be produced by stamping process and QS Group can supply not only feeding lines, but also its own hydraulic press lines and dies designed and manufactured by Alastampi.
